The apartments are new and very well furnished. There was a washer-drier in the room and there was a cleaning kit with 1 pod to use (but it was big so I used it for 2 washes). The bathroom has shower with great water pressure and toilet has built in shower too, loved it. Wifi was great, quick and stable. Apartment was big, spacious, comfy. Living room and bedroom have separate heating systems so that was nice. Blackout curtains were great and so were the windows - it is above street and across 3 bars but when windows are closed, you can't hear anything. Location was very good, easy to walk to Guggenheim, Casco Viejo, and nearby funicular. Would recommend to families and travellers who need to combine work in their schedule (and washing clothes).

We were very happy with our decision to stay at Abba Suites. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I slept through the night every night and I don't even do that at home. The room was very quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was great for our needs. We wanted to be near the Guggenheim, a market, some cafes, and within walking distance of Ribera Market. Most of all we liked Indira, who was kind, knowledgeable, and very accomodating. We are thankful for all her assistance, as well as that of the rest of the friendly staff.

They let us check in early as our room was ready but if it hadn't been then lockers are provided on site to allow for luggage to be dropped off pre-check in. The staff were really helpful. The apartment itself was really well located, just by the river. About a 10 -12 minute walk to the old town and on the edge of the new town. We didn't use the cooking facilities more than once but they had everything you needed. And great shower. Really recommend.

Complete with all the basic amenities for a very cosy stay during a very cold winter spell. Location is great, easy access to local attractions, old town as well as the viewpoint. Highly recommended and value for money. Will definitely return if visiting Bilbao again.

Good quality shampoo and bodywash in the bathroom.
